Every order goes by free standard shipping. We pack it within 2 business days, and USPS or UPS then takes 3 to 7 business days to bring it to your door. Orders ship to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO and FPO addresses fall outside that area, as does anywhere outside the country.

Standard shipping is the one service on offer, and it is free whether the bag holds a single eraser or an easel. You will find no minimum order and no postage line added at checkout.

The checkout lists only the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, so an order to any other address cannot go through.

Your parcel is packed and handed to the carrier no more than 2 business days after you order. USPS or UPS then needs 3 to 7 business days to bring it to you, so the longest wait from order to doorstep is 9 business days.

We count Monday to Friday only. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are skipped, so for an order placed on a Friday evening, day one is Monday.

USPS or UPS carries each parcel from our warehouse to the shipping address on the order. With standard shipping as the only service, there is no express option to pick at checkout.

The easels, the drafting table and the rolling cart ship on the same terms as a pack of pencils: free standard shipping, in the same time frame, to the same places.

Each product can be ordered up to 20 at a time. An order that needs more than one box may arrive in parcels on different days.

The parcel goes wherever the checkout form says, so read the street, unit number, city, state and ZIP code once more before placing the order. Noticed an error too late? Write to support@dtstudiosupply.com straight away with the order number and the right address.

A parcel that arrives damaged, a piece missing from the box, or an order still not with you after 9 business days: in each case, write to support@dtstudiosupply.com with the order number. For damage, include a photo of the parcel and the piece so we can look into it quickly.

For any other reason to send a piece back, the returns policy applies.
